At BNH Edits, we are committed to delivering high-quality video editing services. If you are not satisfied with our work, we are here to help resolve the issue. Below is our refund policy, which outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the completed video within the agreed-upon timeframe (subject to reasonable delays like client feedback or unforeseen circumstances).
  • Significant Errors: If the final video delivered does not meet the requirements outlined in your original project brief (e.g., incorrect edits, missing elements, etc.).

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about the project after we have begun working on it.
  • Minor Edits: If the issues with the video are minor and can be resolved with additional revisions (e.g., color correction, small timing adjustments).
  • Client Delay: If delays in feedback or revisions from your side cause delays in delivery.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@bnhedits.com within 7 days of receiving your video if you are not satisfied with the final result.
  2. Provide Details: Please include a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund, as well as any supporting documentation or feedback about the issues with the video.
  3. Review: We will review your request and determine whether a refund is applicable based on our refund policy.
  4. Resolution: If eligible, we will process the refund within 10 business days to the original payment method used.

4. Revisions

If you are dissatisfied with the video, we offer two rounds of revisions at no extra charge. After the second round, additional revisions may be subject to a fee.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where a refund is deemed appropriate, a partial refund may be issued if the project is partially completed, based on the work delivered up until that point.
